finals aren't for another two weeks but i have a paper due monday and an exam on tuesday that sent me back to pleasanton for quiet time. i keep a giant playlist of music i can listen to in coffee shops that helps to drown out the noise, but not distract my brain. here's a couple tunes off the new grouper album alien observer* that keep popping up. they are so pretty, i'm afraid they have become distracting: "vapor trail" & "mary, on the wall"
