wednesday & thursday at the church of st. paul the apostle gavin bryars will be performing the sinking of the titanic & j.greenwood (guitarist from radiohead) will be performing popcorn superhet receiver (parts of it score paul thomas anderson's new film there will be blood) with a 50 piece orchestra & with steve reich's conductor. have you heard this? it's amazing. i can't imagine 50 people. also on thursday, luke temple is playing at joe's pub & then jolyne is going to be in town on saturday with her brother specifically to drink beer & look at art. i'll be with these dudes & these dudes. this chicken hangs out next to my house & isn't too smart about talking to strangers.

that video got me pumped. i dont think we can top last year. except, i guess this year there will be some snow. YES!
